It's officially summertime, which means our favorite holiday of the season is approaching (sorry, Labor Day). The Fourth of July is a prime opportunity to fire up your grill, head to the beach, or just relax and enjoy the fireworks. Whether your annual traditions involve big cookouts or small, simple gatherings, we have plenty of patriotic menu inspiration.

You can have a barbecue that offers more than just the standard burgers and hot dogs. You can celebrate America's birthday with a festive cocktail or a batch of Jell-O shots. Or, if you're not in the mood to cook, we've even rounded up all of the restaurants that'll be open during the holiday.

All of that is great, sure, but there's one major food group that we haven't covered yet: caffeine. For many of us, Starbucks is our lifeline for getting our morning coffee fix and a sweet, refreshing afternoon pick-me-up. Their drinks don't just offer a boost of energy—they also just bring us joy. And just because it's a holiday doesn't mean we should skip out on getting a little treat. So, is Starbucks open on July 4 this year?

For the most part, yes. But it depends. Spokespeople for the chain said that store hours vary by location and that they may be occasionally adjusted. They recommend looking for specific store hours on the Starbucks app or by checking Starbucks' store locator.

So if you haven't had the chance to try the new frozen lemonade refreshers, the Fourth of July is the prime opportunity. Have a good holiday, y'all!
