There's a lot you can't eat while doing Whole30—and you'd think one of those things would be fast food. But, good news: You're wrong! Yes, even though it may not seem like it, you absolutely can keep your diet in check when eating at Chipotle. Here's how.

Order a bowl—no rice, no beans.

Though you may want to go straight for the salad option, it's not exactly necessary (but by all means, go ahead, if you're feeling it!). Add (almost) any salsa.

The fajitas are not a viable option.

The veggies don't work for Whole30 either, as they are reportedly cooked in either soy bean or rice bran oil, so skip those too.

Top it all off with greens.

That lettuce you were eyeing earlier? Have at it now. Adding those extra greens right at the end is not only Whole30-compliant, but it's also another source of fiber to ensure you're as satisfied as you can possibly be.

....though you're at Chipotle. How unsatisfied can you be?

........don't answer that.
