Truth be told, I'm not a huge cocktail drinker—even if they're served in a surprising way. I'd much rather have, say, a beer if I'm given the opportunity to celebrate happy hour. Unless I'm on vacation. Then all I want is a blended drink.

The thing I hate about blender cocktails is that they tend to be super-icy, because they need ice to be blended. (It's amazing how that works.) What I love about this watermelon daiquiri, aside from it being the easiest recipe ever, is that you don't add ice: You add frozen watermelon cubes. DID I JUST BLOW YOUR MIND?

Three ingredients: 4 cups of cubed, frozen watermelon, lime juice, and 1/2 cup (or 2 oz) rum. Nothing difficult. Nothing icy. And you don't even need to be on vacation.
