Hot off the press! Aldi has just launched a brand-new liqueur, and it's one for the sweet treat lovers.

The Ballycastle Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Liqueur lands in stores from 29th June.

The creamy drink is a blend of Irish whiskey, rich milk chocolate and salty-sweet peanut butter. It's essentially a liquid version of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and we can only begin to imagine the summer cocktails and boozy iced coffees you could make with it.

The best bit is that this dreamy liqueur is just £7.49!

Aldi says the liqueur would be delicious neat but also makes a seriously indulgent milkshakes. We can also see a chocolate and peanut butter martini on the menu...

The new launch comes just weeks after Aldi revealed a Nutella-inspired chocolate liqueur would be hitting shelves this summer. Aldi says the new drink will be an "alcoholic twist on the much-loved popular Italian spreads, Nutella and Nutoka."

This bottle too is just £7.49, making it a bargain addition to the bar cart.

The chocolatey liqueurs join the Ballycastle Red Velvet, Country Cream Classic, White Chocolate and Chocolate, Hazelnut & Caramel in the lineup.

Aldi's now famous liqueurs have also won a bunch of awards. Their Specially Selected Irish Cream landed a ‘Great Value’ accolade in the 2022 prestigious Which? Irish Cream Liqueur taste test, while the  Ballycastle White Chocolate Cream  and the Ballycastle Chocolate, Caramel and Hazelnut Cream both won medals at this year’s International Wine and Spirits Competition.
