Peace Love Pickles in Haddon Township, New Jersey, serves great sandwiches, but they're not your average deli. The twist? Instead of bread, they use homemade pickles to hold their sandwiches together.

Owner Katherine Cohen first started making pickle sandwiches for her mother. What was originally a solution for dietary restrictions became a family favorite—and then a family business.

Customers can build their own sandwich or select from their list of specialties. Each sandwich can come between two hollowed-out halves of their signature pickle, or as a roll-up using pickle or cucumber slices.

Some of the menu items at Peace Love Pickles are recreations of deli classics, like a turkey club or an Italian sub. But if you're feeling particularly adventurous, you need to try their Jersey Devil: turkey, American cheese, hot pepper spread, and sriracha mayo, topped off with Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

Peace Love Pickles also offers a lineup of briney beverages to enjoy with your sandwiches. They sell a Bloody Mary spiked with dill pickle brine, pickle lemonade, and even a bottle of plain-old pickle brine.

If you love pickles as much as we do, you need to try Peace Love Pickles in Haddon Township, New Jersey. And make sure to watch the video above to see how the pickle magic happens.
