In the heat of summer, nothing satisfies quite like a fruit popsicle. This classic strawberry version is big on fruit flavor and not too sweet.
Though ripe, in-season berries will make for particularly delicious pops, you can absolutely use frozen strawberries if that’s what is available to you.
Looking for ways to snazz these up? Add a pinch of chili powder or Tajín for some kick, stir in a tablespoon or two of heavy cream to add richness, or include whole pieces of chopped fruit for some texture.
