Part watermelon juice, part limeade, and 100% refreshing, Watermelon Agua Fresca just might be the drink of the summer. It's slightly sweet, making it a perfect daytime treat or as a mocktail option at a dinner party. (Of course, you could stir in a shot of tequila or vodka if you want it boozy.) Agua frescas hail from Mexico and are made from water blended with sugar and lime. Serve Watermelon Agua Fresca alongside a Mexican-themed menu of Elote (aka Mexican Street Corn), Salsa Verde Enchiladas, and Refried Beans. The gorgeous hot pink color is sure to delight your guests.

Try this same method with other melon varieties like cantaloupe or honeydew. You might need to thin the mixture out with water after blending to get the right consistency. Watermelon Agua Fresca will keep, refrigerated, for up to 3 days. Stretch your leftovers out by topping with seltzer or sparkling wine.
